Join Us For Lunch!

  • If you and your child(ren) are planning on joining us for lunch after VBS, please indicate which days and how many people will be eating.
 

Medical Insurance Information

  • In the event of an emergent medical situation, church officials may elect to ask that your child be transported by ambulance or similar means. Should this occur, information regarding the child’s insurance and physician may be required. On your first day of VBS, you will be asked to sign a FBC Permission and Release form. If you are not given a form to sign, please ask for one prior to releasing your child(ren) to us.
