Getting beyond the surface, getting to the real questions about life and making it real to our faith… that’s what this ministry is all about. A Meeting Place… where real life meets real faith.

The speed of life and its harsh realities can take a toll on our faith. Our faith cannot compete with the world until we slow down, rest in the presence of the Almighty, and give Him our full attention. A.M.P. is a time to not only discuss life and faith, but to reflect on the wonder of God. The music is intimate to enable our hearts to release the praise and thanks due the One who matters most.

Prayer unites us with God and it knits its bearers together. It is our desire that A Meeting Place be a praying place where we pray for one another and lift our burdens to the One who has the power to change. A praying community stays close to God and draws closer to one another.

Our relationship with God… it is THE most important relationship we have. So it makes sense that (1) it might be one of our most difficult relationships to maintain; and (2) we ought to work on it. For the next several months, we’re going to talk about our all important relationship with God. .
